Michael & Lori Barrett ~ In January of 2010 my husband and I took ownership of the shop. I am a novice florist but learning, reading, and attending many classes to make my way to expert! I enjoy working with the flowers, the people, the ladies here, and of course my loving husband. Michael is also a novice, but has an eye for design. He will be heading up our yard sign business soon and you will see his smiling face in the shop and on deliveries. We hope you can stop in one Saturday and meet us both. That is the day you will always find us in the shop. Reading the morning news and drinking our coffee... if you get there early enough you may catch us before all the donuts are gone!
Carol Nash ~ Carol has been with The Secret Garden for over 12 years. She is an ICPF graduate and is training me along the way. The day to day operations along with designing, delivering, and working with our clients are just a few of the things you will find her doing around the shop. She has a long background in design, selling Home Interiors was the way she found her love of design. We hope you can stop in and say hello, she would love to help you "say it with flowers".
Sheryl Polley ~ Sheryl has been with The Secret Garden for 18 years. She is our resident balloonist, artist, designer, delivery expert, and wedding specialist. She is the artistic type ~ Full of great ideas, inspiration, and wonderful design ideas. If you want it she can do it. She makes everything from our wedding designs, balloon sculptures, to our spa baskets. With all of her creative ideas she can truly help you "say it with flowers".
Amy Hamilton ~ Amy loves to call her self our "grunt". Amy does a little bit of everything on Saturdays. Deliveries are her main task but when things are slow you can spot her cleaning. Now with 2 children under the age of 7 at home you would think Amy would have enough of cleaning. She enjoys her time at the shop and really loves spending time around all of the flowers. We think she is great, someday maybe we will promote her to
"lead grunt".
